Shipping and delivery times

In accordance with point 5 (Delivery and Risk) in the Terms and Conditions, in this section we specify in detail the delivery options and delivery times.

We offer 3 delivery possibilities:

  • Free collection in Barcelona city (Sants neighborhood) within 48 hours. If you wish to collect your order free of charge when making the payment, choose the «free collection» option and contact us by email lab@randomers.org to arrange a convenient delivery point.
  • Shipping throughout Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) for the amount of €5.90 including VAT. Shipping will be carried out by Correos (Spanish Post) by registered letter with tracking to locate the package. Usual delivery times are between 3-5 working days. In the event that the delivery person cannot find you at the shipping address, a notice will be left in your mailbox to collect the package at the nearest Correos office. Please respect the deadlines indicated on the notice, because if the package is returned to the origin address, you will have to pay the shipping fee again to receive your order.
    • Shipping to any country in the European Union for the amount of €14.90 including VAT. Shipping will be carried out by Correos (Spanish Post) by registered letter with tracking to locate the package. Usual delivery times are between 7-14 working days, as it depends on the distance and transit flow of the destination country. In the event that the delivery person cannot find you at the shipping address, a notice will be left in your mailbox to collect the package at the nearest Correos office. Please respect the deadlines indicated on the notice, because if the package is returned to the origin address, you will have to pay the shipping fee again to receive your order.

If you wish to ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Andorra, the UK, or any other country outside the European Union, you can contact us via email lab@randomers.org and we will inform you about the conditions and costs of shipping.

* We are not responsible for transport delays caused by strikes, inconveniences, or force majeure that may arise from Correos (Spanish Post) or third parties involved in shipments. 

* The shipping address entered by the customer when placing the order is automatically considered correct. In case of error or incomplete data, we are not responsible for shipping losses or returns. If you detect an error and your order has not yet been shipped, you can correct it by contacting us as soon as possible.
