Our workshops
1.
Basic Bautype Workshop

We will focus on explaining the process of creating the Bautype game, seeing how current technology is mixed with classic concepts to develop a cultural, knowledge and creative thinking tool. This workshop consists of a theoretical and practical part, with the Bautype game pieces and educational cards.
2.
Bautype maker workshop

The same workshop as the “basic Bautype” but in a “maker” version, focused on seeing, in person, the technology that allows us to develop this game.
This workshop will be held in centres adapted to learn first-hand about the manufacturing process of a game like Bautype, such as a FabLab or centres that have spaces equipped to show laser cutting in a safe way.

Bautype workshop on typographic creation

Workshop focused exclusively on the most practical part of the process of creating letters with the Bautype game. Using the cards and the game pieces, we will discover how to make our own typography based on the Bauhaus movement.
This workshop is particularly suitable to be complemented with the Bautype workshop, the typography workshop and the workshop on the Bauhaus movement.

Artistic debate workshop

This workshop explores the artistic knowledge and the critical and creative thinking of the participants. Through questions and proposals, participation in a debate is encouraged in order to give a point of view on artistic concepts, works and artists.

Creativity workshop

Creative thinking will be explored and this branch will be encouraged in the participants, through proposals that will need their reasoning and reflection to be solved in a different way. We will learn to be creative by playing.

Creative unblocking workshop

Creativity is not an exact science, but we can learn techniques to unblock it and be able to go beyond it, boosting our ideas and achieving surprising results.

Workshop on the Bauhaus movement

The Bauhaus school remains a benchmark to this day and is practically omnipresent in all the arts. The Bauhaus is considered the cradle of design and therefore we will start from its foundations to explain the concepts it uses and their application in practice, whether in the Bautype game, in art, design or architecture. It is perfect to complement the Bautype workshops.
8.
Workshop on the origin of letters

The letters we know, like everything else, have their history. In this workshop we will explore the beginnings of our alphabet and all the curiosities surrounding its creation until it came to be as we know it today.
Please note that you can complement it with the typography workshop and the typographic creation workshops.
9.
Graphic design workshop

Workshop to get started in the world of graphic design, to understand what it is for, what we use it for, where we find it and what rules it follows. The workshop is indicated to apply our creativity in an effective and efficient way at a visual level.
We recommend you to adapt the workshop with us to what you need if the initiation mode is not enough for you.

Typography workshop

The types of letters that exist, their shapes, the way they are arranged in a graphic piece, everything has a reason and a specific use, and in this workshop we will explore all these concepts and learn how to use letters in the most appropriate way.
This workshop can be complemented with the graphic design workshop, with the workshop on the origin of letters and it is recommended that it be complemented with the typographic creation workshops.

Typographic creation workshop
1h
Workshop focused exclusively on the most practical part of the lettering creation process. By means of different techniques and knowledge, we will discover how to make our own lettering and which base to choose to create our typography.
This workshop is particularly suitable to be complemented with the graphic design workshop, the typography workshop and the workshop on the origin of letters.
12.
Workshop on colours

Colours surround us and move us as they pass by, or simply communicate things to us. In this workshop we will learn concepts about the colours we know and what each of them transmits. We will deepen our knowledge about primary, secondary and tertiary colours, we will talk about curiosities.

About the workshops
Who are these workshops aimed at?
- We carry out workshops for schools, institutes, training centres, educational centres, associations, FabLab, etc.
- For all ages, children and adults, from 4 years old.
- Courses can be individual (e.g. centres), private (e.g. associations) or family courses.
How to set up your tailor-made workshop?
- We recommend grouping two or more courses together for a more immersive and diverse experience, especially if you want to complement it with other training or activities present for the participants.
- We adapt to the needs of each applicant and work towards a participatory and future-oriented activity.
- We adapt to the age of the participants. Although these are not infantile workshops, we take into account the possible knowledge of those attending the workshop.
